Snowden is not Assange. We'll never know just HOW different those boys were, they certainly had very different fates, one allowed to pretty much slide out of town, the other thrown in the hole.

I don’t think anyone has publicly accused Snowden of sexual assault, though.

(As for whether or not Assange did it, he spent more time in confinement than the prison time Sweden could possibly have given him for sexual assault, so if he did it he’s done his time, and it kind of seems like a moot point.)

Apparently, a Swedish Monica Lewinsky clone was tasked with interacting with Assange/getting in bed with him. His “sexual assault” consisted of ejaculating in her vagina after a condom (supplied by HER) tore during consensual sex. How Swedish. Please tell me if you have some information proving I’m wrong?

Similarly, a male Federal agent was tasked with baiting Scott Ritter into an email exchange which could be construed as seeking (consensual) sex with a minor. Not something Ritter went trolling for with intent to instigate/groom a minor for or can be shown to have ever done before or since. Quite deliberately done to both of these inconvenient people? Prove it, intelligence operatives/assets won't be available for subpoenas. And all of these things occurred during the time frame when other feds were telling prosecutors to handle Jeffrey Epstein with kid gloves or they just ignored his activities?

Equal treatment under the law, M'kay?

BTW, why are you here commenting on my comments in a Substack you don't follow? You, with zero posts, zero re stacks and only one unrelated stack openly followed? Riiiiight.

This guy is such an idiot he doesn’t realize that his characterization is far less flattering to Assange than mine. “Who even cares that he raped that Swedish woman?” vs “It doesn’t matter whether he did it or not because either way he still served his time [for the sexual assault or idk whatever the US charged him with].”

You fucking idiot.

Also: the accuser you’re dismissing is Assange’s peer. Anna Ardin is a prominent Swedish activist who is much closer in age to Assange than Monica Lewinsky was to Bill Clinton. The fucking President of the United States fucked an no-name intern less than half his age. Monica Lewinsky was 22 in 1995. Bill Clinton was 49.

Julian Assange didn’t replace a broken condom, which, yes, is still sexual assault. But I guess Monica Lewinsky at least nominally consented to giving a blowjob despite the massive, unimaginable power differential with Bill Clinton.

You know what I think is going on here? Including the fact that you’re a creep and a tranny chaser?

I think you just hate women.

I bet you even hate Chelsea Manning, despite the fact that she actually did prison time for the same case as Assange!

Anyway if there’s a woman to hate here, it’s probably Hillary Rodham Fucking Clinton, who threw her husband’s fucktoy under the bus in order to protect him, and who as Secretary of State was the major player behind Assange’s (and Chelsea Manning’s) persecution.

Yes, let’s just agree here that the real fucking bitch here is Hillary Clinton, who may be a yass kween girlboss but still sabotages any woman in her circle (other than Huma Abedin, who we all ship with her).

Anyway P.S. I’m a paid subscriber here. You just don’t know how this fucking platform works (despite creeping on women by digging in their bios).

You know who probably *isn’t* a subscriber, though?

Yep, every accusation is a confession.

(While you may have hidden your subscription, you have a big enough list of unhidden subscriptions that I assume you didn’t hide a subscription to Yasha, and you just aren’t a subscriber in the first place.)

Anyway if you took your hand off your dick for once you might actually be able to have a meaningful conversation without resorting to leading with “rape is good actually”. Pathetic. Absolute loser shit.

Anyway if Yasha is reading this: hi, Yasha! I hope you’re enjoying the show! 💃🏻

Thanks for letting me know I forgot to hide one of my subscriptions, though. Very helpful, that.

You are amazingly tone deaf for an entity displaying a somewhat female looking avatar. Hormone injections of adult tranys can't do some things that prenatal through pubescent natural biochemistry + XX neurological development does, along with normal socialization.

As I understand it the vast majority of the charges against Durov pertain to activity in *unencrypted* Telegram channels, and the reason the French government is holding him responsible is that one can reasonably assume that Telegram has at least cursory awareness of what happens in the unencrypted (or even public) parts of the platform.

By contrast, assuming the encryption works as advertised, Telegram (or Signal) *wouldn’t* be aware of what happens in chats that are actually encrypted.

In other words, Telegram tried to have its cake and eat it, too, and it turns out that platforms do need to put in at least a nominal effort towards plausible deniability.

(As for the Surveillance Valley angle: yes, there’s no such thing as individual cyber-sovereignty, and anything on the internet is subject to all jurisdictions in which a given thing is accessible. Hence if you don’t want to be subject to a particular jurisdiction, you geoblock it, like what offshore casinos do with the United States.)

Also, French authorities have apparently expressed confusion as to why Durov would visit France in the first place, given that the warrant for his arrest substantially predated his visit, and he could have reasonably known that he would be arrested if he ever entered France.
